Purpose of the Club Camping Zumaia program

The purpose of the Club Camping Zumaia program is the realization of a permanent promotion based on the obtaining of points by the participants. The points will be redeemable for stays, services and merchandising items offered by Camping & Bungalows Zumaia.

1. All natural persons over 18 years of age domiciled in Spain or in any country where participation in loyalty programs is not prohibited may register for the Club Camping Zumaia program.

 

 

2. To participate in Club Camping Zumaia it is essential to submit the Registration Application, duly completed and signed, at the Campsite itself during the stay. Registrations made through the website: www.campingzumaia.com , through club@campingzumaia.com will also be valid. Registration by phone will not be valid.

 

 

3. All members enrolled in the Club Camping Zumaia program will receive the definitive Club card on their next stay.

 

 

4. The advantages of Club Camping Zumaia will be applicable exclusively to the cardholder, in reservations made directly at Camping Bungalows Zumaia (Reservations tel.: +0034 943 86 04 75, in www.campingzumaia.com, in info@campingzumaia.com, through facebook).

 

 

5. The identification card as a Club Camping Zumaia Member is personal and non-transferable.

 

 

6. The identification of the Holder is made through the database created from the registrations to the Club Camping Zumaia.

 

 

7. The Camping Zumaia Club membership card is completely free and does not in itself imply an expense for the user.

 

 

8. The Club Camping Zumaia membership card is not a payment card and does not give any rights to the holder except those reflected in the advantages of the Club Camping Zumaia.

 

 

9. The member holder Club Camping Zumaia must inform immediately in (club@campingzumaia.com) or by phone at +0034 943 86 04 75 in case of loss or theft. Camping & Bungalows Zumaia will replace another one in its place as soon as possible without having to register again.

 

 

10. Currently the Club Camping Zumaia membership card does not have a specific expiration period. Camping & Bungalows Zumaia reserves the right to withdraw the Club Camping Zumaia membership card in case of incorrect use of it. If the card is withdrawn by Camping & Bungalows Zumaia, the member unsubscribes from the Club Camping Zumaia or Club Camping Zumaia suspends its operation, the database generated by the Club Camping Zumaia will become part of the database of the Campsite. If you do not want your data to continue belonging to the Campsite, you can unsubscribe in the unsubscribe form on your own website.

 

 

11. The advantages and benefits of Club Camping Zumaia are not cumulative in any case with other offers and / or commercial promotions outside the Club Camping Zumaia, and in no case will they be applicable to reservations that have not been booked directly at Camping & Bungalows Zumaia.

 

 

12. The advantages of Club Camping Zumaia apply exclusively to the rates of the moment (low, medium or high season) unless expressly indicated in a specific offer.

 

 

13. Modifications: Camping & Bungalows Zumaia as well as the benefits included in the Club Camping Zumaia are subject to change without prior notice. However, the member will be informed of these variations in the shortest possible time. Camping & Bungalows Zumaia declines any responsibility in the alterations that may occur until the moment of communication to the member.

 

 

14. The client authorizes to enter their personal data in the Automated File responsibility of Camping & Bungalows Zumaia, said data will be used exclusively for commercial purposes. In the same way, the user's consent for the processing and transfer of personal data will be revocable at any time without retroactive effects, in accordance with the provisions of articles 6 and 11 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data. For these purposes, it will be enough to contact Camping & Bungalows Zumaia through the mail club@campingzumaia.com.

 

 

15. The use and registration in the Club Camping Zumaia implies the acceptance of the conditions of the same. 16. The discounts applicable in the offers, will never be applied until the client has received his corresponding membership card, which must be presented upon arrival at the Campsite.
